Who is responsible

calworld is made by Toon Verbeek (the Netherlands). You can write to us at hey@toonverbeek.com.

What we store

When you join the waitlist we store:

your email address and the time you joined;
where you came from, if the link had it: the utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and ref values of the link;
your answer to the question "How do you track your workouts now?", if you answer it;
a referral code, so that your link ?ref=code can be matched to you.

We also count visits and the event "waitlist joined" with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not store your email address.

Why

To send you one email when the first test version of calworld is ready, and to learn which videos and ideas bring people to the page and which people have workouts in Apple Health. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You give it when you press "Join the waitlist".

Who processes it

Vercel Inc. (hosting and analytics) and Upstash Inc. (database). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long

Until the first test version has been sent and 30 days after that, or until you ask us to delete it. We then delete the email address and the answers.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it, at any time. Send an email from the address you joined with to hey@toonverbeek.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
